We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sorchabridgephotography.com and send your item to:

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: 92 Marlowe Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 8EZ
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All artworks are carefully packaged, insured, and sent using tracked services to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping Costs
UK – £12
Europe – £18
Rest of World – £20
Shipping charges reflect the need to insure the artwork against damage or loss and cover premium packaging and handling costs to protect your piece in transit.
Dispatch Time
Most orders are dispatched within 5–10 working days. Some limited editions or framed works may take longer — if so, you'll be notified by email.
Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue, securely packed in rigid cardboard tubes or boxes, and clearly labelled to ensure safe handling.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information:
UK: 1–3 working days
Europe: 5–7 working days
Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Customs & Duties
International buyers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may apply upon arrival.

Shipping and delivery
Purchasing
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here. All artworks are sold as limited editions unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Exchanges
If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or commissioned artworks unless faulty.
Copyright
All images and artworks remain the intellectual property of Sorcha Bridge. Purchase of a print does not grant rights for reproduction or commercial use.
Commissions
Commissioned works require a 50% deposit to begin. The balance is due before delivery. Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once approved and finalised.
